Q. Do you have a minimum order for Embroidered logos?
A. No
Q. Do you provide Printing?
A. Yes, we can now offer Digital Printing onto T-shirts and Sweatshirts.
Q. How many colours can I have in my embroidered design?
A. Six
Q. How long do you take to deliver?
A. We turn jobs round as fast as possible, depending on the quantity required.
Q. Can you originate my Design for me?
A. Yes, we can work from business letterheads, your own artwork or simple text.
Q. How much do original designs cost to set up?
A. Nothing, this service is now FREE.
Q. What format should I send my artwork?
A. You can send your logo in either a JPG or Bitmap format stating the size required for the overall design (width x height) in centimetres.
Q. Can I use the Design again?
A. Yes, once your design is set up you can re-order as many times as you like, placing your design on any garment.
Q. I have got my own garments will you embroider them for me?
A. Yes, prices for embroidery only are available on request.
Q. Do you do children’s sizes?
A. Yes, most of the garments can be supplied in children’s sizes, from infants upwards.
Q. Can you embroider caps?
A. No.
Q. Do you have a printed catalogue?
A. Yes. A printed catalogue is available on request and at £3.75 p&p.
Q. When do I have to pay?
A. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
Q. How much do you charge for postage?
A. Small orders are posted first class recorded by Royal Mail, the cost is calculated by the weight in the usual way. For large orders, these will be sent via Parcel Force and again the cost is calculated by the weight.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Once an order has been placed and the sample approved by you, it then cannot be cancelled due to the personalised nature of our products. However, If you insist that your order be cancelled after it has been started you will still be liable to make payment of 50% of the total bill.
