Shipping policy

Once full payment has been received and depending on how large your order is and how busy we are, please allow up to 15 working Days for orders to be processed and dispatched.

Small orders within the UK are posted either Standard First Class or First Class Recorded via Royal Mail (the choice is yours), the cost is calculated by the weight in the usual way. For international and large orders, these will be sent via Royal Mail/Courier and again the cost is calculated by the weight of the order.

For International orders outside of the UK, you may be subject to paying Import Tax. If this is the case and you refuse delivery then you cannot request a refund when the order is returned.

Insurance companies in the UK will not insure sales of items sold to Canada or the USA. Therefore, Troop Logos no longer ships to Canada or the USA.

Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery. Please note, delivery dates quoted are a guide only and will not be legally binding unless specified as part of a contract.

On check-out, please Do Not request the Post Man to leave your order outside or in a Garage/Bin. This will not happen as Troop Logos will not be responsible for items that go missing.

Parcelforce 48 – If you have chosen Parcelforce 48 for your delivery option then please note the following:

Example 1 – Order posted Monday before Midday – Your order should arrive on Wednesday.

Example 2 – Order posted Monday after Midday – Your order should arrive on Thursday.

Parcelforce 48 - Delivery to ZE Post Codes will be within 4 working days. For more information on Post Code delivery times please see the Parcelforce website.

Please note that the Royal Mail doesn't consider any item "lost" until 10 working days after the expected delivery date of the item. We cannot process claims for lost or delayed items until this period has elapsed.

If you are not home when the Postman tries to deliver your order and they cannot put it through the letter box, they will leave a “Whilst you were out” card. It is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail to either collect your parcel in person from them or have them re-deliver it to you. If you fail to do this, then Royal Mail will return your order to Troop Logos. If this happens and we receive your order, we will then contact you to let you know. It is your responsibility to then pay for the new postage cost to have your order re-shipped.

Troop Logos will not be responsible if Royal Mail leaves your parcel on your doorstep, and it then goes missing. If your order goes missing due to it being left on your doorstep you will need to contact Royal Mail and make a claim.
